MyLogify is built on a single principle: your personal data belongs to you and should never leave your device. This policy explains how we uphold that commitment. MyLogify 建立在一個核心原則上：你的個人資料屬於你，且永遠不應離開你的裝置。本政策說明我們如何實踐此承諾。

Data Collection 資料收集

MyLogify does not collect, transmit, store on remote servers, or have access to any of your data. MyLogify 不會收集、傳輸、儲存於遠端伺服器，也無法存取你的任何資料。

All data you enter into MyLogify — including journal entries, mood ratings, custom variables, text notes, and photos — is stored exclusively in the app's local database on your iPhone. The app has no server infrastructure and no ability to transmit data externally. 你在 MyLogify 中輸入的所有資料——包括日記內容、心情評分、自訂變數、文字備忘錄和相片——僅儲存在 iPhone 上的 App 本地資料庫中。此 App 沒有伺服器基礎架構，也無法對外傳輸資料。

HealthKit Data HealthKit 資料

MyLogify can read data from Apple's HealthKit framework with your explicit permission. This includes data types such as steps, sleep, heart rate, and nutrition information (see the in-app HealthKit authorization screen for the complete list). Third-Party Services 第三方服務

MyLogify does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or tracking frameworks. The app has no external dependencies that could transmit your data. MyLogify 未整合任何第三方分析、廣告、崩潰回報或追蹤框架。此 App 沒有任何可能傳輸你資料的外部相依套件。

Internet Access 網路存取

MyLogify does not require an internet connection to function. All features — including journaling, statistical analysis, chart rendering, and HealthKit integration — work fully offline. MyLogify 不需要網路連線即可運作。所有功能——包括日記撰寫、統計分析、圖表繪製和 HealthKit 整合——皆完全離線運作。

In-App Purchases App 內購買

MyLogify offers a Premium subscription to unlock advanced analytics features. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. MyLogify does not receive or store your payment information. MyLogify 提供 Premium 訂閱以解鎖進階分析功能。付款處理完全由 Apple 透過 App Store 進行。MyLogify 不會接收或儲存你的付款資訊。

Your Data Rights 你的資料權利

• Access: All your data is on your device and accessible through the app at any time 存取：你所有資料都在裝置上，可隨時透過 App 存取
• Deletion: Deleting the app from your iPhone permanently removes all locally stored MyLogify data 刪除：從 iPhone 刪除 App 即永久移除所有本地儲存的 MyLogify 資料

Children's Privacy 兒童隱私

MyLogify does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The app is suitable for all ages and contains only user-generated wellness tracking content. MyLogify 不會收集任何人的個人資訊，包括 13 歲以下兒童。此 App 適合所有年齡層，僅包含使用者自行產生的健康追蹤內容。

Changes to This Policy 政策變更

If this privacy policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page. Since the app does not collect data, policy changes are unlikely to affect your experience. 若此隱私權政策有所變更，更新版本將發布於此頁面。由於 App 不會收集資料，政策變更不太可能影響你的使用體驗。
